I would absolutely recommend Remillard Home Repair. Al is a man of high integrity, if he said he’d do something, he did it. His Experience shows with his knowledge of the process and ability to come up with ideas/suggestions to issues that arose during the project. Al has excellent communication skills, he takes time to listen to concerns and expresses his thoughts in a kind manner. He captured the entire scope of work in the contract and took the time to review and discuss it with us prior to starting. Al came to our home every morning to remove a temporary kitchen sink, discuss the day’s activities and introduce the sub-contractors who were all respectful of our home. He returned every evening to install the temporary kitchen sink and ensure the work area was cleaned up to be livable. We would then discuss the day’s accomplishments and the next day’s tasks. Al is very flexible, he took on modifications/change orders to the original contract without hesitation. He even adjusted some sub-contractors schedules to maintain a full functioning bathroom and kitchen sink. Al’s work is meticulous, he pays attention to every detail of a project from framing to finish work. If a task wasn’t completed to his or our satisfaction, it was reworked until it was.
